Getting There:

From Kettle Falls to south end (from maps, need verification): From the junction of US 395 and US 20 just across the bridge west of Kettle Falls, take US 395 north for 5.9 miles. Turn left (west) on CR 460 (Deadman Creek Road) and go 3.6 miles. Turn right (north) on CR 465 (Jackknife Lookout Rd) and go 3.2 miles to a T. Turn left (west) on CR 480 (Matsen Creek Rd) and go 1.9 miles. Turn right (north) on FR 9565-080 (Davis Lake Rd) and go 3.2 miles.  Turn left FR 9565-260, which becomes the trail, just before the road turns back south.
From Kettle Falls to north end (from maps, need verification): From the junction of US 395 and US 20 just across the bridge west of Kettle Falls, take US 395 north for 15.9 miles. Turn left (west) on Boulder Creek Road and go 2 miles. Turn left (south) on FR 6110 (South Fork Boulder Creek Rd). Go 0.1 miles to the kelly humps that block the road to keep passenger cars out.
