The trail follows Pine creek and Middle Fork Pine Creek, crossing them several times. Especially towards the south end of the trail, there are several boulder fields, most of which have easy bypasses.
Getting There:
From Pinehurst: Take exit 45 from I-90 and turn south through town about 4 miles. Turn right (southwest) on Middle Fork Pine Creek Road and go about 3 miles to the junction of Langlois Creek Road. Continue straight to enter the trail.
